Role Objectives
As an Education Consultant, you will guide clients through Australia's education and migration frameworks, aligning academic choices with visa eligibility and long-term residency goals. The role requires balancing institutional partnership management, client advisement, and compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act.
Core Responsibilities:
- Counsel and assist students in making well-informed decisions about their educational pathways
- Provide expert guidance on course/ provider selection, considering factors like academic requirements, location, and career outcomes
- Manage the entire admissions process, from application submission to acceptance
- Assist with visa application processes, working alongside MARA-registered migration agents
- Prepare and review documentation for student visa applications, including financial statements and GS requirements
- Liaise with partner institutions, negotiating offers and addressing additional requirements, including onboarding new institutions and Universities
- Ensure compliance with ESOS Act and National Code of Practice regulations for Registered Migration Agents
- Manage detailed client records and contribute to company reporting and analytics in the company CRM system
- Participate in marketing activities and contribute to the development of new services and strategies based on market trends and student feedback
Essential Criteria
- QEAC Certification: Valid Qualified Education Agent Counsellor accreditation.
- Experience: A minimum of one Year of experience is required in education consulting, student recruitment, working with partnering institutions, and onboarding new partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and Immi Account
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English; preference for Nepali, Sinhala, Mandarin, Hindi, or Bengali speakers.
