This role will support the Commercial Disputes and Insolvency practice, providing exposure to a variety of legal matters.

The Role

This role is a Legal Assistant within the Brisbane Commercial Disputes and Insolvency Practice, supporting a team of legal professionals with a range of tasks.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
• Diary management and work prioritisation
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• File opening, closing, and system management
• Assisting with monthly billing and client reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Legal secretary/legal assistant experience
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Excellent MS Word and formatting proficiency
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and initiative
