About the Role:
Seeking 3 motivated and detail oriented individuals to join the team for a 3-6 month contract as a Business Support Coordinator. You will be responsible for reviewing online client files to ensure compliance with mandatory quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring all client documentation is accurate, up to date and meets the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess client files for compliance with mandatory quality standards.
- Navigate and utilise an online CRM system (training provided) to find and review specific documents and information.
- Ensure client files are complete with required documentation and information.
- Work closely with a small team to divide tasks and complete the reviews efficiently.
- If required, contact families and professional supports to request missing information or documents (Customer service experience is a bonus).
- Record findings and take necessary actions if a client has exited the service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.) to handle documentation and spreadsheets.
- Basic systems familiarity and the ability to quickly learn and navigate a new online CRM system.
- Compliance understanding or an eagerness to learn, particularly in reviewing files and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Customer service skills (preferred but not mandatory) for potentially contacting families/professional supports.
- Available for initial on-site training and then flexible to work from home or from an office (Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh, Yarraville).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
