Hutong Harrys in Byron Bay is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Bar Manager. This experience could be in the form of other management and leadership positions, yet a candidate that is equipped and ready to take the next step up.

Our expanding group has venues stretching from Noosa, through Brisbane, Byron Bay, East Ballina and Coffs Harbour.

As a Bar Manager candidate you will:

• have leadership experience
• have a passion for all things cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
• Incorporate good organisation and planning, whilst working alongside and enabling other leaders and staff to work efficiently and cohesively.
• an eye for detail
• initiate training and mentoring for staff to encourage and facilitate development for all the team

The successful candidates will be:

• able to create a positive and proactive work environment
• have strong communication and organisational skills
• have a 'can do' attitude
• can jump on the floor to provide assistance to the floor team
• enjoy a smaller and interactive cocktail bar environment which allows your fun and charismatic demeanour to enhance the guests' experience.
