Bradshaw Air Conditioning is looking for a Client Services and Scheduling Coordinator for an immediate start in the office. If you are looking for adaptable work hours, flexibility to work from home, competitive remuneration and benefits then look no further. This position will commence on a permanent part-time basis and can eventuate to full time employment based on the candidate.

The right candidate will have –

-Minimum 3 years work experience in an office environment (prior experience in the trades industry is advantageous)

-Experience working with Microsoft Office and Gmail

-Experience working with ServiceM8 is advantageous but not necessary

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Exemplary administrative skills

-Attention to detail

-A customer and team-oriented approach, providing solutions to clients and staff

-Willingness to learn as the job role will evolve

Daily tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to –

-Receiving inbound and making outbound phone calls (clients or staff)

-Writing and responding to clients’ messages on various online platforms, including but not limited to website enquiries, email enquiries and Servicem8 messages

-Communicating client enquiries as required to the Director and taking necessary action

-Scheduling, coordinating and confirming install and service job bookings with both staff and customer

-Managing expectations and overall process of the jobs by ensuring all job information has been communicated effectively to both client and staff

-Entering and cross-checking data relevant to each job booking, ensuring overall efficiency of the job

-Ongoing client management - building and maintaining client relationships (primarily service side of the business)

-Providing quotes to clients (when training is complete)

-Ad hoc duties such as providing clients with paperwork necessary for specific jobs

-Daily use of Gmail and ServiceM8 (dispatch, scheduling, quoting and invoicing software)
