National Workforce are hiring production labourers for our clients in the manufacturing and production sectors. We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join fast-paced production teams.

Responsibilities:

You'll assist in various stages of the production process-assembling, packaging, and handling materials. You may also operate basic machinery (training provided), help maintain cleanliness, and ensure products meet quality standards, all while following safety protocols.

These roles are not for the faint hearted. They can be physically demanding and repetitive.

Requirements:

We're looking for candidates who can perform physically demanding tasks. Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions is essential. Previous experience in production is an asset. If you have a forklift license this is of great benefit but again, not essential. You must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
