Job Description: We are now recruiting for Production Workers / Machine Operators to join our busy Manufacturing Operations. This role offers a casual basis with a pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate fixed plant machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure the smooth running of production processes.
• Commit to health, safety and environmental practices.
• Accurately record information for quality control.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Must be available for both Morning (5:00am-1:30pm) and Afternoon (2:00pm-10:30pm) shifts.

Ideal Candidate/Skills and experience:

• Prior experience in fixed plant machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Adaptable and self-motivated
• Strong desire to reach personal and team goals
• Ability to work effectively with others to achieve great results
• Forklift ticket desirable
• Proven ability to work safely and effectively within a team.
• Exposure to a high paced manufacturing environment.
• A commitment to on-going learning and training development.
• Ability to complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screening with the company’s provider.
