The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to enhance their skills and knowledge in custom home building. If you have a passion for the construction industry and a drive to learn, we want you to become a valued member of our experienced team.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee 1–2 high-end residential projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities across multiple projects.
• Plan and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Drive subcontractor performance to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Oversee projects in alignment with construction programs, specifications, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and maintain a safe worksite.
• Conduct Quality Control Checks at key project milestones.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while managing multiple sites.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Proven expertise in high-end residential or multi-residential projects.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to interpret plans and oversee project programming.
• Proficiency in project management software. Good Computer Skills and Knowledge.
• A proactive and driven attitude, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
