Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate student placements—be the trusted point of contact for schools.
• Keep records up to date in Excel and internal databases (precision matters!).
• Liaise with schools, caregivers, and government bodies—relationships are key.
• Oversee and refine processes to keep things running smoothly.
• Support and guide admin staff to ensure seamless operations.

About the Role & Ideal Candidate:

• Coordinate student placements, travel, and essential data management
• Strong Excel & database skills required for accurate record-keeping
• Strong communication skills with a professional yet caring nature.
• Must be highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
• Looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment
• Someone with a strong understanding of various medical conditions, diagnoses, and associated medications

Child Safeguarding:

Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:

• A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Thorough screening.
• Reference checks.
• A national criminal history check.
