Our client, a cutting-edge technology company, is seeking a Service Manager with a hands-on approach to lead and optimise field service operations. This role involves overseeing service tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency. Strong leadership, customer service focus, and technical expertise are key to success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor the Field Services team.
• Oversee service delivery, monitor project progress, and manage team performance.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure high service quality.
• Conduct quality checks and improve service methods.
• Manage team rosters, recruitment, and training.
• Maintain inventory control and collaborate with internal departments.
• Implement risk management and cost control measures.
• Required to actively engage in technical service responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in technical field service.
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership and management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Technical proficiency and ability to manage multi-tasking effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred) or electronic trade experience welcomed.
• Flexible availability, including after-hours support as needed.
