As part of their exciting growth phase, they are seeking a talented Client Service Manager to work alongside a Senior Private Wealth Adviser in managing a high-touch client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent service
• Preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings, ensuring all details are accurate
• Maintaining and organizing client files, ensuring smooth operations
• Coordinating with third parties to support client matters
• Overseeing the lodging and follow-up of client applications and recommendations
• Ensuring client data from fact-finding is accurately captured in business systems
• Proactively responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Contributing ideas to support our ongoing Continuous Improvement journey

About You:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a support role within a Financial Advice Practice
• Familiarity with Xplan or other relevant financial advice systems is highly desirable
• A strong understanding of financial advice implementation processes
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering quality experiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach to tasks
