Job Description:

Provide contract and administrative support to assigned department, individual, and/or area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, draft and finalise contracts and contract amendments for health care providers, projects, services and events, including contract amendments for consignments contracts.
  • Facilitate the review of contracts to ensure compliance with established guidelines, including securing appropriate approvals and signatures (e.g. Cvent, ECLM). This includes HCP and compliance agreements.
  • Manage and maintain all contract-related paperwork, ensuring that it is organised, up-to-date, and readily accessible. This includes preparing, reviewing and maintaining comprehensive records of contracts, amendments and associated correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues concerning contract terms, amendments and compliance requirements.
  • The main contact for health care providers, project organisers and service providers for contract requirements, terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships among healthcare providers, project organisers, service providers and suppliers to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring value from contracts.
  • Ensure the renewal and timely updating of existing contracts to maintain the accuracy, integrity and compliance of contract information. This includes collaborating with the Legal department, Regulatory, Compliance, Procurement and Commercial teams and the business on finalising terms and conditions, to address necessary amendments or updates.
  • Other incidental duties: Assist in routine general administrative.

Education and Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent 1 year experience of related experience in Admin Services or other related experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Additional Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
  • Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, Salesforce.com, Sharepoint, Outlook, Coupa, ECLM, CVENT, Smartsheet.
  • Ability to receive and provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of contract terms and conditions
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams
  • Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
