We have an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis, 2 days per week being Mondays and Fridays.

Availability to work additional hours where business needs require would be highly regarded.

This position involves a broad range of conveyancing work including:

• drafting and reviewing contracts and vendor statements;
• drafting and reviewing adjustments, summary statements, license agreements and other documents as needed;
• direct client and stakeholder engagement;
• use of PEXA, Duties Online, Triconvey and SPEAR;
• preparation of caveats and transfers of property.

To be considered for the role, you will:

• have experience working as a Conveyancing Clerk;
• have experience using PEXA, Duties Online and SPEAR;
• be highly-organised, with attention to detail in your work;
• have a positive, pro-active attitude.
