The Role

As a result of increasing demand for user-centered digital solutions, this federal government client is seeking an UX Interaction Designer to lead research, design, and testing processes for digital products and services. This role will involve developing user journeys, prototypes, and conducting usability tests, with a strong focus on improving both stakeholder and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of accessible, evidence-based design solutions that meet user needs and agency standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype digital services.
• Conduct and apply user research to refine and improve user experiences.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee usability testing and apply findings to optimize design solutions.
