The Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to join our team to deliver a luxury multi storey residential tower in Teneriffe.

The successful candidate will manage the onsite delivery of projects as part of a team in which they will be responsible for overseeing primarily the quality, safety and program elements of the project in accordance with contractual obligations, legislation and Melrose policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end
• Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
• Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria’s of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance
• Adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program
• Carry out safety audits, tool box talks, quality ITPs and site coordination meetings
• Provide practical solutions to daily on site challenges and obstacles
• Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviours are aligned with the company's values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role preferred
• Experience in Multi-Residential construction required.
• Trade qualification or similar will be highly regarded
• Experience using project software (Hammertech, Procore, & MS Project) preferred.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Preferred Design & Construct contractual experience
• Stability on your CV will be highly regarded
• Drivers License
