The Role
Are you ready to take charge of property management across Canberra - In this position, you’ll manage a property portfolio across Canberra, reporting to our Property Management Director within a supportive, innovative team. You’ll conduct property inspections, engage with owners and tenants, and deliver top-tier service daily.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management is required—with a preference for candidates with 2 or more years of hands-on industry experience

What we Need from You

• Certificates of Registration: Possession of a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate ACT is required. NSW registration is considered an asset.
• Valid Driver’s License: Essential for traveling between properties and conducting necessary visits.
• Reliable Vehicle: Ownership of a well-maintained vehicle to ensure smooth and timely property visits.

$70k-$90k +11.5% super (dependant on experience)
