About your new employer:

About the role:

• Advising a range of clients from SMEs to multinational corporations across different industries.
• Working on Employment and Workplace Relations matters, such as unfair dismissal, bullying & sexual harassment claims, redundancy, employment contracts, agreements and litigation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and training.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in employment and workplace relations law.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Strong and up to date knowledge of the Fair Work Act.
• Excellent communication, time management, legal research and organisational skills.
• Commercially astute and client-focused, with the ability to develop lasting professional relationships.
