Salary: $60,000 - $62,000 + Bonus

Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a hands-on manager with a strong background in skincare or beauty, ideally with experience in children's brands. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of empathy, energy, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As the store opened in February, you'll be instrumental in shaping the team's success and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Drive sales and customer service by setting clear targets and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock is properly managed and replenished.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies, creating an exciting shopping experience for customers.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, from scheduling shifts to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Engage with customers to provide personalized service, helping them discover the right products for their needs, especially families and children.
• Monitor and manage store financial performance, including meeting sales targets and staying within wage budgets.
