St Joseph's Nudgee College (Est. 1891) is a Catholic Boys' Day and Boarding school in the Edmund Rice tradition for Years 5-12, with a student population of over 1730, including 315 boarders. The College has a full time continuing vacancy for an IT & Classroom AV Support Officer - commencement date is negotiable for the right applicant.

IT & Classroom AV Support Officer

The IT & Classroom AV Support Officer works within the IT/AV team, who are responsible for the establishment and maintenance of College servers, networks, user management, and technology infrastructure.

Duties:

• Helpdesk & User Support
• Classroom & AV Technology Support
• Device & Software Management
• Basic Network & Cybersecurity Support
• Printer & Peripheral Support
• Inventory & Asset Management

Mandatory Requirements

• Obtaining and maintaining a Blue Card prior to commencement of employment. Employment at the College is subject to Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian legislation.

Desired requirements

• Knowledge and experience in running / managing and maintaining desktop & applications.
• Knowledge and experience in setup, management and deployment of Chrome and Apple Devices via JAMF.

Employment Conditions

• This position is a Full Time permanent position
• The successful candidate must hold a valid Working with Children Blue Card before commencement.
