The role

An internal promotion has created the opportunity to join this talented finance team in a Management Accountant position. The core elements of the role include:

• Manage the bi-annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Preparation of monthly P&L and management reports
• Finance business partner to operational stakeholders
• Month end, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain CAPEX program, fixed assets and leases for the group
• Manage the group's equipment financing facility
• Maintain policies & procedures and oversee expense management systems
• Play an active role in enhancing finance systems and developing Power BI reports

In addition, as the business looks to acquire other entities, with synergies to their core product, you will have the opportunity to get involved in the due diligence through to entity integration of any acquisitions.

The business invests heavily in technology and there will be a number of process improvement driven projects to get involved in along the way.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role or looking to make the move from a Chartered Firm in Audit or Business Services
• Strong excel and systems skills - Power BI knowledge advantageous
