Commercial lawyer position with 2 - 5 years PAE to join a truly progressive NewLaw law firm with like-minded and collegiate fast-paced lawyers and clients.

The firm is a technologically advanced and progressive boutique practice that specialises in a range of interesting areas of law including Intellectual property, Trademarks, defamation, workplace disputes and more. Their client base is mostly small to medium-sized blue chip businesses.

About the role:

• Oversee a wide range of commercial matters end to end across an interesting range of the law including IP / Trademarks / Waivers/ Terms of business/franchising and licensing and much more.
• Collaborate and also report directly to the Principal Director of the firm.
• The firm is agile and can provide a variety of work including workplace disputes and litigation matters if desired.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years PAE in commercial law
• Prior experience working with SME's.
• Motivated to work full time and progress your career.
