With project values jumping from $10–15M to $50M+, they need someone who can bring structure and oversight to more significant, complex developments. You’ll work closely with the Construction Manager, lead a team of two CA’s, and take ownership of financials, reporting, and cost control. This is your chance to influence processes and improve how things are done, rather than just following a system that’s already in place.

The role is based in the south-eastern suburbs, perfect if you’re looking to cut down on travel and work closer to home. This role is perfect for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in multi-residential projects
• Is comfortable managing budgets for projects valued over $50M
• Has a strong understanding of construction costs and materials and can negotiate effectively with subcontractors
• Enjoys leading a team, reviewing processes, and making suggestions for improvement
• Can work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Is looking for a professional but flexible work environment where you have the freedom to manage your time and work-life balance
