We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our BRISBANE based team to assist in the delivery of various commercial projects throughout the Greater Brisbane area.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the site under your control.

Set work pace and lead by example

Be a positive carrier of Company culture, uphold company values and correct contradicting behaviour where necessary,

Supervise staff and subcontractors to ensure they deliver to quality standards and programmes,

Understand required productivity rates for delegated tasks and communicate them well to ensure your team are aware of expectations,

Carry out and construct landscape works to quality standards, drawings, & details,

Identify and implement the best methodology to complete each task effectively to meet project budget and programme whilst protecting surrounding/existing works.

Skills and experience

Must be a career minded, team player who can both take direction and lead by example.

Broad knowledge of Landscaping (Hard & soft)

Cert 3 Qualification with min. 3 years recent experience in similar role

Irrigation Qualifications/experience is favourable

Must have current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle - own ute and basic tools an advantage
