Looking for a meaningful role where you'll make a difference driving accessiblity and inclusion?

This exciting opportunity sits within the Office of Agency Accessibility and Inclusion (OAAI) Branch, supporting inclusive workplace initiatives and the NDIA Auslan Interpreting Program. You will play a key role in managing workflows, driving continuous improvement, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Managing the Auslan interpreting booking system and assigning bookings for direct reports to action.
• Managing Auslan interpreting workflow and responding to escalations, feedback or complaints from staff.
• Implementing and evaluating the Auslan Interpreting Program, and improving outcomes through innovation and collaboration with staff, internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Leading OAAI projects with support and delivering project outcomes in accordance with the Agency's project management framework.
• Capturing data to measure performance, and prioritising insights, actions and recommendations.
• Developing innovative initiatives and contributing to business improvement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of OAAI services, projects, and workplace practices.
• Contributing to the development of team objectives and prioritise OAAI tasks, projects, and services.

Ideally you will possess:

• Proven project or program management experience and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, generate ideas and implement solutions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to ensure maximum stakeholders satisfaction.
• Exceptional research, analytical and problem solving skills
