Position

Due to company growth, the position of Business Development Manager is now available.

Reporting directly to the VIC State Manager, you will carry out the below:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders (new and existing)
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
• Providing written proposals/quotations
• Provide pre and post sales advice

About You

To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:

• Experience in a sales role within the electronic security industry
• Previous experience or proven knowledge with Electronic Security products and systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, etc.)
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
