Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee compliance, governance, and continuous improvement in our aged care facilities. This role ensures adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, leads audits, and drives best practices while supporting and educating staff. A great opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage quality systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate multiple complex tasks across various areas, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Prepare clear, concise reports tailored to the audience, using logical organisation and appropriate content.
- Implement and oversee quality systems within a large organisation, ideally in health, aged care, or community services.
- Collect, analyse, and present data to support decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
- Apply your knowledge of quality management systems to enhance organisational performance and compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
- A solid understanding of corporate and clinical governance principles and risk management concepts in aged care, disability, or social services.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create well-structured, purpose-driven reports.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various functions.
- 3 + years of experience in a Quality or similar role.
- Expertise in data collection, analysis, and presentation to inform strategies and improvements.
- A relevant qualification (post-graduate qualifications in risk management, organisational planning, or health are highly regarded).
