We are seeking a medical receptionist to join our fabulous team, working part time 4 days per week, across our clinics. (Will consider full time if required)

We are a very busy cardiology group, so the ability to work efficiently under pressure and juggle tasks is a must. Experience in a medical setting is a must.

Most days would be at our main Frankston clinic as that is our main rooms, then occasionally you will be required to work at our clinics in Mornington, Safety Beach and Highett. Therefore ability to travel to these sites is a must.

We are a desirable work place, with a great working environment and good staff retention. We are looking to recruit someone who will contribute positively to the great working environment and culture.

Our clinics are open 9am-5pm, however the shifts may start from 8:30am and finish as late as 6pm occasionally to allow for additonal/urgent patients or late finishes.

We provide a supportive and extensive training program so that you'll have the knowledge to succeed in the role. As well as ongoing support from all of our team members. We have a wonderful team culture.
