The Role
We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of duties vital to the efficient operations of our Preschool. You will be joining 8 hours per week on a Tuesday, on a permanent basis providing a helping hand.
In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families!

- Excellent customer service skills
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
