Role and Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and enhancement across their strata schemes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing financial reporting for multiple strata schemes
• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with tax and compliance matters, including BAS and GST
• Handling general ledger maintenance
• Collaborating with strata managers and owners' corporations to ensure accurate financial management
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to financial matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience in an accounts focused administrative role, demonstrating strong accounts acumen (within the context of strata management highly desirable)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in productions of financial data reports, perform analyses, and create insightful reports.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
• A dedication to achieving and exceeding KPIs, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
