We’re looking for dedicated Cocktail Bar Staff to join our team and make every moment unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of cocktails with a focus on quality, presentation, and innovation
• Engage with guests to deliver personalised service, sharing your passion for mixology, wine and our menu
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and organisation, contributing to a seamless workflow
• Support fellow team members to create a welcoming, lively atmosphere

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a high-volume cocktail bar or similar setting
• Skills: Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine and ability to balance speed with quality in service
• Qualities: Friendly, approachable demeanour and a genuine desire to connect with guests
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
