Junior Contracts Administrator – Tier 1 Civil Infrastructure Project – Sydney

We are seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator to join a Tier 1 principal contractor on a major tunnel project in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience on a large-scale civil infrastructure project with an ASAP start on a 3-6 month contract, offering daily rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the administration of contracts, variations, and claims
• Supporting procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
• Managing subcontractor agreements and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Helping with cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management
• Providing support on commercial and contractual matters
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Some experience in contracts administration and procurement, preferably in civil infrastructure projects
• Exposure to tunnelling projects is beneficial but not essential
• Understanding of contract management and procurement processes
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
