About The Role:

The Asset Performance Lead is responsible for looking over the asset supervisors and asset officers on the housing portfolio on capital upgrade projects.

This will include:

• Leading and maintaining healthy working relationships with external contractors.
• Allocating resources for quarterly programs
• Being the point of escalation for any issues onsite.
• Reporting into the Program Manager with regular updates

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Have a trades background and worked on residential housing projects
• Have a valid drivers licence
• Strong stakeholder management
