About The Role:
The Asset Performance Lead is responsible for looking over the asset supervisors and asset officers on the housing portfolio on capital upgrade projects.
This will include:
- Leading and maintaining healthy working relationships with external contractors.
- Allocating resources for quarterly programs
- Being the point of escalation for any issues onsite.
- Reporting into the Program Manager with regular updates
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Have a trades background and worked on residential housing projects
- Have a valid drivers licence
- Strong stakeholder management
**Please note: This is a construction role**
