Government Department are seeking a dedicated Asset Performance Officer to support the management and delivery of maintenance contracts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring maintenance programs are delivered efficiently, accurately scoped, and fully compliant with Australian Building Codes and government standards.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Plan and manage maintenance programs using Property Assessment Survey (PAS) data and local insights.
• Conduct field inspections and verify contractor compliance with maintenance contracts.
• Ensure works are delivered effectively and in line with relevant standards and policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors to drive high-quality service delivery.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues, report emerging risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Experience in asset maintenance, property management, or contract compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes and housing portfolio standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
