This is a full time role offering stability with regular weekday hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. Join a team where your effort and contributions are valued and appreciated.
As a receptionist, you will be the friendly face and primary point of contact for valued clients. With a focus on strong customer service and general administration services your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing reception, including but not limited to managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the site and coordinating customer enquiries
- Managing the creation of PO’s as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsite
- Creating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reports
- Collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- General office administration
About you
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Ability to establish and manage relationships with directors, senior managers and stake holders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Strong computer skills – use of Microsoft Office Suite and business applications
- Certificate III in Business Administration or working towards (would be desirable)
