About the role

HMR Supplies, a leading provider of retail supplies, is seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Assistant to join our team in Revesby, NSW. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our thriving retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs
• Efficiently processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as required
• Helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the retail counter
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• A friendly, helpful, and professional attitude with a genuine interest in providing a great customer experience
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
