Position Overview:

TP Human Capital is partnering with a government client in Townsville to recruit a Recruitment Officer on contract until 27/06/2025.

This role is ideal for someone with strong internal recruitment experience in a large, multi-discipline organisation. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end recruitment services, support hiring managers, and ensure best practice recruitment processes.

Pay Rate : $47.50 per hour
Hours : 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive recruitment advice, service, and support to managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Deliver timely and accurate administration of all recruitment and people services activities within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate and accessible recruitment records and related documentation.
• Recommend and implement best practice recruitment and selection strategies based on market trends.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in internal recruitment within a large, multi-discipline organisation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills to ensure timely and accurate recruitment activities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
