We are recruiting for a Data Entry Officer for a not for profit organisation who work in the Health and Community Services area in Mascot. This position is to start ASAP and would initially be a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. The role would entail inputting data and information into their CRM System.

Details for the role:

• Data entry role, entering data and updating information in their CRM System
• Full Time role
• $74k salary, plus super and salary packaging benefits (~$37 per hour)
• Initially a 6 month contract with possibility of extension
• Work from home options – 2 days in the office
• Office close to public transport in Mascot
• Not for profit organisation, working in the health area
• Essential to be an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident

About the organisation:

This organisation work closely with service providers, local health districts and GP and Medical Clinics, helping them support people in the community. They are a large not for profit organisation and this is a newly created role, supporting one of their teams.

Duties include:

• Review CRM data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Accurately enter and update customer information into the CRM system.
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Perform regular data audits to identify anomalies and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer information

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with good data entry skills and a good attention to detail
• We require someone who can start ASAP
• We require someone who is an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
