The Opportunity

Due to significant organic expansion, we seek a motivated and ambitious Senior Business Services Manager who is ready for the next big step—becoming a Partner within 12 to 24 months.

This role is perfect for experienced Managers who have been promised partnership elsewhere but are tired of waiting or are dependent on others retiring. At Xact, partnership isn’t just a possibility—it’s our track record. We’ve promoted four new Partners in the past three years, averaging less than two years from joining to ownership.

Your role will involve supervising a skilled team, providing exceptional client-facing services, and contributing strategically to our continued growth.
