Compass Sands Pty Ltd is a South Australian company dedicated to producing high quality graded silica sands and gravel products for the oil and gas, specialty, dry-mix, filtration and construction industry.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a fit and self-motivated worker to drive and operate our Pneumatic tanker truck based at our Dry Creek production facility and primarily into local Adelaide metro areas.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Dried sand deliveries to local customers.
• Maintain accurate work diaries, delivery dockets, and day sheets.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
• Assistance around plant operations.
• Ensure safety in the workplace.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

• A valid HC Driver’s License
• Pneumatic discharge experience (not essential, training provided)
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work Shift work preferably with the possibility of overtime.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem solving skill.
• A flexible attitude, willing to work in shift, flexible times as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good communication skills.
