We currently have an innovative entertainment travel company requiring experienced travel consultants to step into after hours roles.

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for assisting VIP clients and groups with new bookings, urgent amendments and cancellations.
• Remaining calm under pressure, you'll be a whiz on fares and ticketing and be able to think outside the box whilst providing the ultimate levels of customer service.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Previous travel consulting experience preferably within corporate travel
• Excellent GDS and fares knowledge
• Strong ticketing skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
• Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
