Job Title: Inbound Travel Consultant

Salary: $65k - $75k + Super (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Inbound Travel Consultant to join a reputable and dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver exceptional travel experiences for visitors to Australia & New Zealand.

As an Inbound Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for creating customised itineraries for Free Independent Travelers (FIT) and group tours, utilising your strong travel knowledge and experience in inbound travel. You'll work with a variety of international clients, delivering seamless travel solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design bespoke travel itineraries for FITs and groups visiting Australia & New Zealand
• Handle bookings for flights, accommodation, transportation, and tours.
• Liaise with local suppliers and negotiate the best services and rates for clients.
• Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.
• Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies, ensuring clients have a smooth trip.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for travel and delivering exceptional experiences to clients.
