Position: Store Supervisor
Location: Bentleigh (South East Metro Melbourne) VIC
Highly Competitive Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
What You'll Need:
We're looking for a personable, organised and motivated individual that is ready to take their Optical career to new heights. If you have a minimum of 1 year in the Optical Retail industry with ambition to grow, we'll believe in your potential and are ready to invest in your growth. It's all about the right attitude and eagerness to continually learn, and we're here to support your growth every step of the way.
Role at a Glance:
As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day store operations. Your innovative ideas and insights will be pivotal in maximising the store's overall performance.
Developing the team around you will be an important component of the role as you develop training plans alongside our currents managers and deliver bespoke training to the team.
Exceeding KPI targets and assisting the team to exceed customer expectations and ensure the smooth running of the store by pre-testing, dispensing and genuinely leading by example.
Inspiring the team by delivering morning 15 minute meetings.
Resolving customer concerns to maintain and grow our reputation and customer service levels..
Ensuring store presentation standards and stock management are maintained.

Today, the Specsavers Partnership enjoys global success. With more than 1,700 stores and in 10 countries, we are the world’s largest optical retailer. Each business operates as a Joint Venture Partnership, meaning the stores are part-owned and managed by its directors.
