About the Role:
As the SRF educator you will develop relationships with families allowing you to support their children through a collaborative approach to the child's learning and wellbeing. Your day will be varied as you provide support where needed in the service.
- Set up and run experiences
- Assist educators in behavior management and Allied Health discussions
- Step into Ratio as required
- Implement SRF Menu Items
Spring Gully:
- 15 hours per week
- Fixed term for 25 weeks
- Certificate 3
Neangar:
- 6hrs per week (Wednesdays)
- Fixed term until December 2026
- Certificate 3
Epsom:
- 4.5hrs per week
- Fixed term for 52 weeks
- Certificate 3
Flora Hill:
- 15hrs per week
- Fixed Term for 33 weeks
- Certificate 3
White Hills:
- 6.5hrs per week
- Fixed term for 104 weeks
- Diploma
About You:
As a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a passion for educating children and working in a collaborative environment you will be able to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, leadership and how you incorporate First Nations perspectives in your pedagogy practice.
- Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Approved Victorian Employer WWC Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate ? desirable but not essential
- Experience working with children (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a kindergarten setting (Desirable but not essential)
