Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head - CHEF to join our motivated kitchen Team. We are a busy restaurant with exclusive access to our own organic market garden. We are an owner operator business open 5 days a week with strong focus on customer service - nothing is ever a problem.

You should have excellent Italian food knowledge and be able to bring a rustic yet modern take to menu creation in collaboration with owner, with a strong focus on using produce from the farm. Confident stove experience is essential as this is a fast-paced restaurant and being able to be hands on is imperative.

You will be responsible for menu creation, developing, driving, and inspiring a team chefs. We are looking for someone that has head chef experience, preferably in a fine dining or hatted venue, can hold their own in a busy service, being hands on, while staying professional, supportive and engaged.

The ideal applicant will have worked in a similar style restaurant or a high volume restaurant and have an excellent understanding of Italian cuisine as well as being customer focused
