About the Role:
As a Mortgage Broker Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting our Broker Support Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with pricing negotiations, reviews (every six months), escalations, and post-settlement checks to ensure clients' banking is set up correctly.
- Liaise with banks, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing and proactive client updates.
- Monitor and manage post-settlement enquiries, helping retain and support existing clients.
- Order valuations, conduct pricing enquiries, and support loan application processes.
- Provide feedback and contribute to process improvements within the business.
- Drive your own learning and development, particularly in lender policies and product knowledge.
