The Role:
The company is seeking a Territory Manager to work in their Pain Management & Recovery team. Supported by a clinical support person, you will promote pain management solutions including radio frequency ablation and other products to orthopaedic and spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain specialists and interventional radiologists. Products include both procedures/consumables and hardware/capital equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Achievement of sales targets
- Development of business and account plans
- Operating theatre case attendance
- Delivery of product training and clinical education to customers
- Focus on major metropolitan hospitals
- Some regional Victoria and Tasmania coverage.
Your Background:
We are seeking candidates with the following backgrounds and skills:
- Orthopaedic, joint replacement, spine, trauma sales, or
- Operating Theatre Nurse with orthopaedic knowledge and sales in another market
- Ability to sell a clinically/technically demanding product
- Strong sales/hunting skills
- Self-management.
Training:
A comprehensive training program will be provided including in-house at Head Office and in-field.
Salary Package:
The salary package includes:
• Negotiable, generous base salary
• $20k car allowance plus per km fuel allowance
• 11.5% superannuation
• Attractive quarterly bonus, with accelerator for over-budget performance
• iPhone, laptop, iPad.
