Attraction and Retention Incentive (ARI)

An ARI ranging from $6000 to $10,000 pa. has been approved and is payable to Dental Therapists who are engaged in regional Western Australia before 30 June 2025. The ARI is payable in three instalments subject to meeting eligibility requirements. Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic people to the position of Dental Therapist.

In this role, you will provide dental care for enrolled children in Dental Therapy Centres. Other duties include:

• Maintaining patient records and central management records in accordance with DHS instructions.
• Supervising and giving guidance to Dental Assistants and student Dental Assistants.
• Providing information and presentations on oral health to individuals, schools, community groups and health professionals and implementing preventive programs in community groups.

Please note positions that arise could be located in country and/ or metropolitan clinics.
