What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions
• Deliver one-on-one and group physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and the prescription of assistive devices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to patient care
• Maintain detailed clinical records and provide progress reports to patients and referring practitioners
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of physiotherapy services through the evaluation of treatment outcomes and the implementation of evidence-based practices
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications & Relavent Experience

• Relevant Qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full Registration with AHPRA (General Registration)
• Current Senior First Aid, CPR
• Working with Children's Check
• Immunisation

What we're ideally looking for

• 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitative setting (New Graduates may apply).
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes
• Any of: Pilates, Yoga, Dry Needling, MLD / Lymphoedema, Aquatic Physiotherapy (with Bronze Medallion), Women's Health, Paediatrics, previous experience in rural setting desirable not essential

• Assessment and treatment of a diverse range of conditions in a rural private practice setting.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships that foster growth in the community.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills necessary for team work, collaboration and networking.
• Record keeping, maintain and keep accurate records.
• Be focused on advancements in the field and participate regularly in activities to maintain qualifications; such as up-skilling, regular inservice (weekly), professional and personal development.
• Be punctual, organised and respectful.
• From time to time run workshops, small group classes and training.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes
