About Us

Pain Free Physiotherapy & Allied Health is an established practice operating since 2004. Renowned for our expertise in musculoskeletal health, we are one of the most recognized allied health practices in Brisbane’s southside.

Our multidisciplinary team includes 12 health professionals: Physiotherapists, a Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Acupuncturist, Dietitian, and Remedial Massage Therapists, creating excellent opportunities for cross-referrals and collaboration.

We are supported by a dedicated administration team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care. Our workplace fosters a friendly, supportive learning environment, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, training, and professional growth. We are also a training facility for the University of Queensland, with our Principal holding an academic title of Lecturer at the same university.

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated Physiotherapists to join our team. The role involves:

• Delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and health education to clients with musculoskeletal, occupational, and sports injuries.
• Developing strong assessment and treatment skills to achieve exceptional client outcomes and satisfaction.
• Building autonomy in problem-solving, client care, and professional reputation.
• Networking with potential referrers, such as health professionals, NDIS agents, lawyers, and gyms.
• Engaging in regular mentoring sessions with the Clinical Director for upskilling in clinical and communication skills.

Our Training Program

We offer comprehensive training (valued at $8,000) free for our team members, delivered through a combination of online and in-person sessions.

Additionally, we allocate a generous budget for external courses, enabling ongoing professional development tailored to your needs.
