We’re looking for a Resort Ambassador who is articulate, detail-oriented, and excels in concierge services, itinerary planning, and guest relations. This is not a typical hospitality role—it requires someone with intellectual curiosity, administrative savvy, and a commitment to excellence in a high-end environment.
What We Need:
✔️ Experience in luxury hotels or high-end guest services
✔️ Confident communicator who can engage with discerning guests
✔️ Strong administrative and software skills (booking systems, task tracking, emails)
✔️ Highly organized and proactive, ensuring every guest’s stay is seamless
✔️ A true team player, hands-on and responsible in a small, dedicated team
✔️ Flexibility to work on a rotating roster (morning & evening shifts)
✔️ Own vehicle essential due to our location
